Description

Project Healthcare is a set of upstream OpenAPI specification to extend any patient facing user interface looking to integrate to location-aware consultation and diagnostics facilities near them by:

1. Exposing a diagnosis API to capture patient symptoms.
2. Exposing geolocation API to caputure patient's location and offer nearby facilities to take action on based on their diagnosis and location.

GovTech Projects utilizing Unified Healthcare Interface can integrate this service to their own needs and provide location aware services at scale.

A steering advisory is required for PoC phase for Project Healthcare in order to formalize the functioning of the opensource project.

Expected Outcome

• Project is Beginner friendly for first-time contributors
• Achieved 2/5 criteria for Project maturity level
• Achieved 3/5 criteria for Project maturity level in the set timeframe
• Detailed product & code documentation is available
• Maximum code coverage via comprehensive test cases is available
• Installation steps, description & vision are available as part of ReadMe
• Technical Architecture of the DPG is present with relevant details
• Planned use cases are listed as issues in the repository
• Good First Issues & contribution guidelines are listed
• A channel for active communication with contributors exists on discord and slack
• A Working Group is established for Meetings/Events with the community with MOM for public access
• A supported open license is available to enable usage & code re-use by adopters
• Project is publicly managed on github board
• Public project roadmap at defined intervals are available
• A release management protocol is established

For PoC phase, the choice of language is python and tech stack chosen for the project for now has not been exhaustively decided but:

• Web framework: Blacksheep
• Containerization for local development and testing: Docker
• Database: NocoDB
