Description

A planned roadmap for the development of service is required for the set of OpenAPIs, based on which certain goals can be inferred and achieved. These goals will impact the development of healthcare applications around the patient-centric ecosystem.

To formalize a set of goals for the roadmap, a PoC phase functional analysis and requirement is required for future development and integration with extensible healthcare ecosystem.

• Definition and Scope of Work for Analytics: Patient Traffic flow, Clinical data, Disease outbreak monitoring, Inventory insight, doctors insight, seasonal forecast, and other resources in hospitals
• Facility Monitoring
• Location aware Triage
• Telehealth Integration
• Inventory Supply and Monitoring
• Compliance assessment against healthcare standards including but not limited to: FHIR HL7, GDPR, HIPPA and other relevant local laws.
• Actions items for usability, compatibility and integration with ABDM UHI.

Expected Outcome

• A periodic assessment of milestones is possible through github project board
• A set of goals, objectives and definition of done is formalized for the necessary milestones
• The result of the assessment of required resources is available
• A development roadmap to achieve the goals is available for everyone to read

Implementation Details

The proposed scope of work only deals with high level project directions and the scope of milestones, objectives and definition of done necessary. In this regard, a high level workflow needs to be sketched that covers high level design of the system and an assessment of existing open solutions that can be weighed against as standards to integrate with. This will reveal the gaps and create the necessary ADRs and tickets to achieve the goal(s).
