macOS Safari: fullscreen video isn't fullscreen

It seems these CSS properties are winning out in setting the size of the video element. Wasn't sure what the correct fixes were but in particular width: 1000px and max-height: 70vh are interfering.

Thanks @bgentry I thought this was fixed in #44, but looks like it snuck back in.
