Docs: use this action in the repo itself?

I was spelunking through permissions issues (JoshuaKGoldberg/create-typescript-app#300) and wanted to see how this repo sets up its permissions: / GHA tokens. But couldn't find it. Dogfooding the action in the action's repo feels like a good example to set, yeah? 😄

Probably something worth doing :-) I think you shouldn't have to actually set the token more often than not.

Let me know if you feel like making a PR - most of the work will be wording the comment messages in a way that makes sense and updating the Contributing Guide to reflect the change.

Hmm in that case can I defer to you on adding the action? I have a reference file on https://github.com/JoshuaKGoldberg/template-typescript-node-package/blob/8968813984bd9dc40339af9332c51197eb177324/.github/workflows/compliance.yml but don't feel confident in wordcrafting for this repo.
