new jar group does not show up in the list

I am trying to add a jar group named 'waterfall'. but it seems to error out and does not show the folder. I created it manually but when i add the jar file it will not show in the 'msm jargroup list' command for use. any help please

@Bradly7412 what was the error you got? And what did you name the folder you manually created?
