New Files created in GO are not visible in OC

Summary

New Files created in GO are not visible in OC.
Sharing permissions set in GO are also ignored. No new shares created in GO are visible / respected in OC.
Files and folders created in OC are visible in GO.

Environment

• OC 8.2.0
• GO 6.1.59
• Was working with older versions of OC and GO. Don't know when it stopped working as expected.

any ideas on that to get it working again? I do not see any errors in the logs. Can you confirm this?
