Copying clipped blocks via clipboard removes clipping

Tested on ezdxf==1.4.1 and ezdxf==1.3.5.
I also tested it on ezdxf==1.3.5 because I thought it might be related to #1203, but it doesn't work either.

v1.4.2b0 does not fix (audit) clipping of drawings generated in older versions, is this intentional?

The error is in the created DXF structure and there is no fix in the Auditor for that.

Works on my system with ezdxf v1.4.2b0: copied via clipboard in BricsCAD: recover.dxf

fix applied to test_fix_clipping.dxf and saved as recover.dxf

Same operation before fix with file test_fix_clipping.dxf

Important: you have to use ezdxf v1.4.2b0 to run the fix otherwise the export of the hard_owned flag is wrong!

I opened your file in AutoCAD and ZWCAD, it works the same on both:

BricsCAD seems to be more forgiving than other CAD applications.

I changed the script fix_dictionary_ownership.py to do a more aggressive patching, only use it if necessary and verify the output.

• The script patches older ezdxf versions in memory to export the hard_owned flag correct (default value is 0).
• Set recursively the hard_owned flag of DICTIONARY entities to 0 in the rootdict.
• Set recursively the hard_owned flag of DICTIONARY entities to 1 in the extension dictionary of modelspace entities.
