  • Create recurring polly for JBI to track the NPS over time.
  • Collect/View anonymous data from initial survey (Oct 19th)
  • Collect/View anonymous data from survey (Nov 19th)
  • Collect/View anonymous data from survey (Dec 19th)
    • Maybe we move this survey up so we can collect the data before the holidays?

As we improve on the system's it is expected that this score improve as well to determine that our efforts are making an impact on the way customers view the product.

If this score reduces over time, that is a cause for concern and customer meetings to determine where/how the system could be improved.

The expectation, or hope, with any effort put into a system--it is expected that the satisfaction of that system increase.

If the satisfaction decreases with additional effort, then it is worth discussing with customers and ensuring our strategy for the service aligns with the customers usage patterns.
