Release vs. Beta notes pages use different grey shades

Theme styles used between t-release, t-beta, t-firefox, and callout tertiary classes end up cascading differently for release vs. beta output, resulting with different colors (grey-20 vs. grey-30 perhaps?) used for the backgrounds:

(+some theme classes seem to be unused, or not applied at all etc.)

Down in footer it makes the secondary CTA link box background to blend with the rest of the section:

Not sure if the different color is a "feature" for the different channel, or was intended to be consistent.
