Description

Phase 1 request is to create a new download page in EN serving 2 new binaries (Win and Mac).
Everything outside of the 2 new binaries flow should follow the existing logic, example: mobile, linux etc.
There will be no thank you page for the custom binary on the new page.

EN GB locale only because we will use Bouncer for the new binaries.
Trigger the cookie banner would need to be added - custom page URL needs to be added to the list.

We exclude the page from the search engine.
