It looks like AMO can store up to 50 chars while the linter currently restricts the name to 50 chars maximum. Let's allow 50 chars in the linter. Let's also investigate #4910 while we are at it.

Following discussions today with the WebExtensions team, AMO and product, we decided to increase the limit to 75.
