Bug description

Setting the DEFAULT_MAX_STORAGE_SIZE key in monica:5.0.0-beta.4-apache does not change the size of the user's available storage size

Steps to reproduce

  1. install monica:5.0.0-beta.4-apache to docker
  2. set DEFAULT_MAX_STORAGE_SIZE=20000
  3. run monica and open storage settings.
  4. "Your account limits 50MB"

Expected behavior

The storage size will be 20,000 MB, as in monica 4

Your own self-hosted instance (v5 a.k.a chandler version or main branch)

monica:5.0.0-beta.4-apache
