Bug description

Can't login because of error related with currency

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open https://app.monicahq.com
  2. Login with my username and password
  3. Error "Cannot find ISO currency HRK" is displayed. I can't proceed...
    image

For some contacts I have some debts written. The currency for the amount was set to Croatian Kuna (HRK). Since 2023. HRK is no longer active currency (Croatia switched to Euro) so this is why the HRK is missing in some ISO currency list.

Expected behavior

Application should login successfully even if some debts are written in older, no longer active currencies.
Alternatively, amounts in HRK should be converted to Euro, the official exchange rate for HRK to Euro was. 1 Euro = 7,53450 HRK.

Environment

app.monicahq.com (monica v4)

I managed to 'resolve' this by using the API to delete the debts in obsolete currency.
First I downloaded the backup in SQL (Settings -> Export data...). I extracted the debt IDs from the SQL backup (table 'debts') and then I used DELETE API to delete all of them, for example

curl -X "DELETE" https://app.monicahq.com/api/debts/550 -H "Authorization: Bearer dsadx......."
curl -X "DELETE" https://app.monicahq.com/api/debts/2667 -H "Authorization: Bearer dsadx......."

Maybe this will help someone in the future to access its account.
