The plugin works but if you turn off the lamp but the button or change the brightness, and through the app too, it takes more than 20seconds for it to be displayed on the homekit app.

Just in case can you just run your Homebridge server with only the homebridge-mi-led-desk-lamp plugin?

I ask you that, because I had the same problem because of Marrantz-plugin.

The thing is that I just setup homebridge so it is already the only accessory

Can you give me your Homebridge version and plugin version. And if you run on docker or not?

I will check if I have the same problem.

Homebridge version: 0.4.50
Plugin version: 1.2.0

It is run on my macbook pro.

Strangly enough it was working almost instanteously until I reinstalled homebridge. After the reinstall the lamp doesn't respond as fast to homebridge
