It seems like many issues being opened could be resolved in the discussions section, as they’re more about explanations or guidance rather than requiring code changes.

Additionally, introducing a issue template could streamline how we handle issues. It would encourage more descriptive reports, ideally with a minimal reproduction, making it easier to assist effectively.

I prefer move the discussions on Module Federation Discord server because we can reach the core team there. Thanks
