Create a "lite" version of the scoreboard

It would be very useful for multiple purposes if we had a version of the scoreboard that lowered the overhead of adding users to the scoreboard. Features that would be useful:

• Automatic creation of anonymized teams when a new user registers
• Hiding of the team management page
• Devise confirmations disabled
• All registration questions hidden except for the mandatory ones.
