https://pypi.org/project/pyrules/ was taken in 2017 by https://github.com/petrilli/pyrules

Would be a good idea to pick a new name in setup.py and publish as a pre-release at least, to reserve the name.

Currently available: py-rules, python-rules, djrules

I'm not sure if py-rules might trigger some PyPI name anti-similarity rule. It should, but PyPI isnt very mature, even after the recent re-write.
