Maintainer still active?

I noticed @miracle2k hasn't worked on this repo for a while, and there's some useful looking PR's.

I still use tarsnapper, so I've reached out to him via email to see if he's still interested in maintaining the project.

Also asked that if he's no longer interested, would he be willing to hand the reins off to me or someone else who's interested in helping maintain the project...?

So just opening this as a tracking issue as I'm sure others will have the same question... we can keep the conversation localized to just this issue rather than a bunch of people filing tickets saying "Is this project still maintained?" 😄

I'd love to see #70 merged as well. If extra help or a passing of the torch is needed I'd also like to make sure it happens kindly and in the open. It's probably not that serious but the xz situation comes to mind for anything I plan on "setting and forgetting" on my machines.
