feat: allow for exceptions for non-default datatypes

Feature Description

As shown in files from LSHTM (Katie and Chris), some of the files, some datasets have missing values in non-default datatypes as Average Net MFI which are not used anyway. There is a need to continue the reading process, allowing for such exceptions that will be parsed as warnings.
