UniTS based classification on MIMIC-IV ECGs

I am thinking of using the UniTS model for a classification task on MIMIC-IV ECGs.
The MIMIC-IV ECGs are of 12-leads and some have mutiple disease labels.

Can you please clarify on how to use the UniTS model in my case and can I already use any of the pre-trained checkpoints for my purpose.

I see that there are several pre-trained weights with several layers for different tasks available. I would like to do a simple classification task but confused on which pre-trained model would be useful for my case.
Also, some details on how to perform inference using the pre-trained checkpoints would be really helpful.
