Describe the change you are requesting:

• Functional area: User panel border title.

Modify last active MXID fade to changes in colour rather than shades of yellow -> grey.

Right now, trying lime -> goldenrod -> grey -> darkgrey.

This functionality appears twice in the app and should be refactored into a class for reusability and consistency.
