Wave doesn't End with UFO Ship

This is intermittent, but sometimes when a wave ends with a UFOEnemy (wave two and on), the end of level will not trigger when the UFO leaves the screen.

Not sure if this is still reproducing. I think I may have fixed it when I fixed the bug where duplicate objects were being added to the object pool.
