I commented out this line to solve the problem:

I checked for all releases with WinterCMS v1.2.3:

• php8.1-apache
• php8.1-fpm
• php8.0-apache
• php8.0-fpm

create a pull request to fix.

As a note the source code will be moving to a new templating system and a new repo here. It should work a little for this issue as it does not do a git installation anymore
