Pitch colours on example words + direct card creation of examples

thanks for all the work you put in!

1. It would be great if the example words in the cards could have pitch colours. That way, you learn new words right away with the correct pitch
2. If you could create new cards from the examples (maybe incl. sentences) that would also be a great time saver! :)
