Bug: Mousing over Japanese text with popups and furigana causes the text formatting to become unreadable

Mousing over Japanese definitions causes the text formatting to move around, which can cause furigana (as well as regular text) to overlap and become unreadable.

I am using the default Migaku note type, and the problem seems to only occur when the definition options for "popup" and "furigana" are enabled. Disabling either of these seems to stop the issue, and neither "pitch coloring" nor "pitch shapes" seems to make any difference.

I don't think this is a duplicate of issue #24 because, in my case, the furigana is always on.
