The feature, motivation（功能、动机）
目前脚本使用的是 typeorm/cli-ts-node-commonjs ，在部署环境下所有文件按道理都是 js，直接使用 typeorm/cli 就可以运行了，希望多加个参数来控制使用“typeorm/cli-ts-node-commonjs”或“typeorm/cli”脚本，这样在 js 环境下就可以不用安装 ts-node 依赖了。
