Clarify installation location

While reading the documentation in the settings, I expected that changing the defaultInstallRoot would make packages with InstallLocationRequired work as expected.

For example, the package 1zilc.FishingFunds has the property set to true. I configured the settings as such:

However, the package is not installed in the directory. Am I missing something here?
