Chat scroll bar should be all the way to the right

I often run chat in full-screen mode, and we leave space on left and right to make it more readabile. This makes sense as @jo-oikawa convinced me

But what does not work visually is that we also move the scroll bar to the center. The scrollbar should always be all the way to the right

Notice in this screenshot how the scrollbar gets rendered on the center of my chat view.
