Improve hover for MCP servers disabled due to wrong registry #282492

Suggestion:
the MCSP server is disabled as is not from one of the configured MCP registries. This setting restricts the allowed registries.
Ideally there's a way to see the configured registries,
Or:
This MCP server is disabled due to the [restriction](setting:...) that servers have to be installed from the [configured registries](some way to see the registries)
