my mouse disappear after update #236807

Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes

VS Code Version: 1.96.2
OS Version: win11 24H2

Steps to Reproduce:

just update vscode to 1.96.2

my mouse just disapper within editor pannel and other pannel can edit...

i have tried to roll back to older version, but i still cannot get my mouse

cursor works fine with vim plugin, but i cannot find my mouse, after i turn vim plugin off, this issue still happens

only after i right click my mouse, mouse will show up within the right click menu, but when i back to editor, mouse disappear again
