Unable to add Comments in PR

I've the same issue described in #5317. I've checkout out a PR and want to add some comments in a review. I klicked on 'Add Comment' as well as Start Review. The comment box changed to 'Reply...'. I requested changes on a PR. The message of the request changes applied on GitHub, but my comments are not added.

• Extension version: 0.102.0
• VSCode Version:
