The perfect macOS support

I decided to collect a few cpptools and cmake-tools feature requests and bugs for macOS, which will make at least my current workflow on macOS perfect. These include cpp-tools and cmake-tools:

• Framworks Support

Some of the above may be about the same issue.

These items will improve the development workflow of daemons on macOS and Linux.
