[Suggestion] It would be better to add a "back" button for the "Select an image source ..." step when deploying to container app #1438

Build Version: 20230329.6
Regression: Not a regression

Repro Steps:

F1 -> Azure Container Apps: Deploy to Container App... -> Select a subscription -> Select an environment -> Select a container app.
Check whether there is a back button.

Actual:
There is no back button.

Suggestion:
It would be better to add a back button for the "Select an image source ..." step when deploying to container app, like below.
