Make Visual Stuido Solution (.sln) file

Hello. I want to modify perftest code to validate NPU Performace and stability.
But, When building through cmake, an .exe file and an .obj file are immediately created. Is there a way to modify the code directly by creating a Visual Studio solution file in .sln format?
Or is there any way to build only perftest folder only? Because building entire project takes so much time.....
