[Proxy.js] : Add test case for newly added handling of JavaScript value is a string that looks like an array index #242
Description
In hermes-windows we have a fix for the JSProxy code.
We must send a PR to the upstream Hermes repo with that fix to reduce delta between our repos.
We must create a JS-based unit test that exercises that code: the test must fail without our fix and succeed with the fix.
