It would be really great to be able to have pinned tabs on their own row as a configurable option in the product settings.

Examples:

In Visual Studio Code settings, "Workbench > Editor > Pinned Tabs On Separate Row"
In Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio, Environment > Tabs and Windows > Pinned Tabs > Show pinned tabs in a separate row
In Visual Studio 2022, Environment > Tabs and Windows > Pinned Tabs > Show pinned tabs in a separate row
