can't uninstall!!

after download the Totaluninstaller.zip from the release 5,i followed the instructions below：
1.extract TotalUninstaller.zip
2.Open an administrator command prompt.
3.Execute Setup.ForcedUninstall.exe
4.Type 'Y' to uninstall.

Then the following process seemed not to uninstall anything.And the spare capacity of the disk has not increased.After trying several times，it was still useless.

i don't know what is wrong......
i'm really plagued by this uninstalling process......can anyone help me？

same problem here with professional, tried almost everything to get rid of vs. I think only clean windows install will work

Visual Studio 2015 Professional... It began with uninstalling Visual Studio 2017 community, somehow it broke my VS 2015. I tried Repair, uninstall in programns and features, uninstall with "vs_professional /uninstall /force then with Setup.ForcedUninstall.exe. On one point I managed to reinstall vs 2015 but it did not want to start (white splashscreen), so I started again with uninstalling. In my task manager a process named "microsoft common language runtime native compiler" take 4 GB of my 8 GB RAM and I cant kill it. absolutly annoying.

While we have a system in place to try to mitigate uninstalling packages when other versions need them, many third-party and even a small number of first-party packages do not support the ref-counting mechanism I wrote into WiX on which we rely. This is why we recommend repairing other Visual Studio releases left after uninstalling another. Did that not work for you since you said you then tried to uninstall?
