Steps to reproduce

1. Attempted to launch PowerToys Run using Alt+Space, but it failed to open.

2. Verified that the issue is not caused by a shortcut conflict or administrative privileges.

3. Tried changing the shortcut keys and disabling administrative privileges, but the problem persisted.

4. Checked the Windows event log, which provided the following error details:
