Description of the new feature / enhancement

WIth magnifier, users can view tiny text written on image files in a pdf.

Scenario when this would be used?

There's a text on an image but i can't zoom into the image because it is in a pdf file, if you zoom in on the browser, the image doesn't zoom in along, unless i copy the image alone as a jpg file then i can zoom into the image which is stressful.
