The notification permission is not requested from user.

Unless the user enables the notification manually from Settings, the user is not prompted for enabling notification permission.

Tested on API 33

facing same issue in oneplus 8, android 13.

same with camera option. permission is asking for camera, but don't open camera for real-time pics.
