When a metric fails processing, it should

show what file the failure was in
not prevent the other metrics from continuing to run
note the failed file in the report

e.g. see http://stackoverflow.com/questions/16485710/metric-fu-invalid-byte-sequence-in-utf-8 where we don't know what file churn failed on
