Although thoughtbot, inc. owns the code, databases, and all rights to the Hound application, you retain all rights to your data.

thoughtbot, inc. employees do not access Hound users’ private source code unless Hound users give thoughtbot, inc. employees explicit written permission to access their source code in order to provide support.
