.content is bottom: 0 yet doesn't extend to bottom

Can replicate in Chrome:

@lorensr Hmmm, doesn't extend to the bottom? Are you referring to the pagination here? I just tested this on my phone and got the exact thing you observed.

But I need clarification on content doesn't extend to bottom of screen

I don't know what you mean by pagination. I think the white bg should extend to bottom, intead of having this gap:

By .content I meant the div with class "content", which has the white bg
