RAK19007 + RAK11310 + RAK13800/RAK19018

Is ethernet supported on the RAK11310?

I have a RAK4631 with RAK13800/RAK19018 and this works on ethernet (and POE) fine.
However, I've just received another 19007 with an 11310 and if I swap the 13800/19018 over it receives power but the ethernet never livens up. I have tried the existing 19007 to rule out the new one with the same outcome, and I can put the 4631 in the new 19007 with the 13800/19018 and it work fine.

I have tried 2.5.16a, 2.5.15b, 2.5.14b & 2.5.13b
