Hi team,

I find the input is not correct

It seems the bot has been blocked, it cannot get the latest input.

The action is https://github.com/apache/dolphinscheduler/pull/15932/checks?check_run_id=24615004431

And when I click the Re-run button, the action seems doesn't work.

Hm, that old run indicates that github might have rate-limited the bot, such that some calls to their api might not make it, and therefore it did not see the newest labels.

We remove this bot, since this block the pr merge, is there any solution for the rate-limited?

Well for a start you'd paste the mergeable.yaml configuration here. It might contain syntax errors in other spots.
Then, did you install the bot from GitHub directly, or do you self-host ? Self-Hosting makes the bot way more responsive and lowers the risk of rate-limiting by a lot.
