vcpkg-rs has not been published in a while. The last version of vcpkg-rs was published in 2021.

I am hitting issues where rust is not able to detect the VCPKG as VCPKG_ROOT is different from VCPKG_INSTALLED_ROOT

Trying the latest master the issue is fixed but i am unable to use it since the package has not been published.
