As admin in the objects admin, I want to prevent saving duplicates while adding objecttypes to the objecttypes-api.

In the objects admin i can add objecttypes (eg via https://objects-commutr.cg-intern.ont.utrecht.nl/admin/core/objecttype/ ) with the same name multiple times. This is confusing. For me it is unclear what the consequences can be. Since having multiple instances with the same name doesn’t seem to serve any purpose, it would be helpful to prevent saving duplicates.
It is not clear to me what happens if I simply delete one of the duplicates.
