Feature request: support for net/netip

Thanks for your work on this project! I looked around the closed issues and PRs but didn't see net/netip mentioned.

I'd be happy to help with this if the answer is "PRs accepted" - but I wanted to file it first, to see if it's on the radar for this project.

Thanks! We're planning to do this, but haven't got around to it yet. I think there are some other changes we might do first given it will be a breaking change and need a v2.

In the meantime, netipx.PrefixIPNet may be useful when interfacing with this library.
