Mawaqit Box Malfunction

Assalamu Alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuh,

We hope this message finds you well. We are reaching out regarding an issue with one of our Mawaqit boxes installed in the masjid and also to seek help for streaming the Jumuah live through the boxes.
Firstly, one of the boxes keeps restarting and fails to function properly. A video showing behaviour of the box can be seen attached below. It also displays an error message (screenshot attached) and offers to either try again or factory reset the box. The MAC address of the device is C42AFE106569, as mentioned on the rear side of the box. We kindly request your assistance in diagnosing this issue and suggest potential solutions. Furthermore, we recall your earlier statement mentioning the possibility of a replacement in case of hardware failure. Please let us know if this still applies and how we may proceed if a replacement is required.
