Describe the bug
Special characters are not displayed well when Arabic language is selected

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Create a flash message in Arabic using special characters. Example (المعارج - ٣٤)
2. Open the app
3. See error )المعارج - ٣٤( instead of (المعارج - ٣٤)

Expected behaviour
Same message added from the backend must be displayed.
FYI: Web display looks good but the App on the tablet is not
